La Pineda beach: Sand Nativity until January 7

The Sand Nativity of La Pineda Beach on the boardwalk, is a sculptural composition of ephemeral art, a joint work of ten European artists every year is different.

The Nativity of La Pineda Beach, the only crib of this kind built in Catalonia, is a collective work of ephemeral art that attracts every year thousands of onlookers.

The nativity, which occupies an area of about 200 square meters, is located on the promenade of La Pineda Beach, across the street from Hipòlit Lazaro.

XIV edition of Sand Nativity

This year, the fourteenth edition of the spectacular sand nativity, every year is a different surprise is celebrated. The nativity of La Pineda beach is a composition, respecting the traditional elements of the nativity, including the 'caganer ' changes each year, following a certain subject and criteria that decide the sculptors themselves.
