The 1st Exhibition of Food will open Hostelcat from 18 to 20 April at Fira de Reus



Reus. Costa Dorada. The Palacio de Ferias y Congresos of Reus host the next 18, 19 and 20 April the second edition of the fair Hostelcat, presents as the main novelty, the conclusion on Sunday 18 April the 1st Exhibition of Food, open to the general public. The Hostelcat, which celebrated its premiere at the Palais des Festival of Reus in 2009, is a professional fair dedicated to supply companies in the sectors of hospitality, catering and tourism. In Hostelco is also very important presence in the sectors related to food, wines and appellations of origin both in Catalonia and in particular the Costa Dorada and the Terres de l'Ebre. This year, the Hostelco open its doors on Sunday 18 April to make way, between 10 am and 8 pm, the 1st Exhibition of Food, open to the general public. Throughout the day, the kitchen workshop Hostelco will live cooking demonstrations and tastings for visitors in charge of collective bargaining  kitchen of demarcation: The Foods of El Vendrell, the Kitchen and the Lower Gaiā colleague • group of San Carlos de la Rapita, plus also had the participation of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Cambrils and cook Isma Prados. There will also be venda direct products and wine tasting, with product quality and distinctive dishes. The price of entry to the 1st Exhibition of the Gastronomy Hostelco cost five dollars. In return, the visitors receive entrance, a glass and two drink tickets for a point sampling. Afterwards, visitors can buy, if you want more tasting tickets inside the fairground. The professional Hostelcat After the first day of Sunday, 19 and 20 will be held in the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Reus 2nd Fair of Hotel and Restaurants Hostelco Professional only for professionals. The fair will feature approximately 5,000 square meters of exhibition suppliers to serve the sectors of food, industrial machinery, cleaning products for children to help communities, etc. Admission is free for professionals al'Hostelcat prior accreditation. During the two days, besides, there will be cooking workshops, symposiums and other activities. For its part, the departments of Agriculture and Tourism of the Government disseminated during Hostelco foodstuffs produced in the Costa Dorada and Terres de l'Ebre and present exhibitions and gastronomic routes during the year are carried out there, where there are numerous activities throughout the year around to gastronomy.
