Escribà pays tribute to PortAventura with Easter cakes
Salou. Costa Dorada. A giant Woody, the mascot of PortAventura, and the star attractions of the five thematic areas of the park today look so majestic in the window of the bakery Escribà of Barcelona, this year dedicated their Easter cakes 15th anniversary theme park. The monumental sculpture of chocolate color, measuring 2.70 meters and weighs 370 kg, stands on a fresh garden colors formed by madeleines flavored lemon, mint, raspberry and cream, and trees with leaves of sweet meringue and color chocolate shavings. Miniature reproductions of Chinese Dragon Khan, La Stampa of the Far West, the Furius Baco of the Mediterranean, the Condor Hurakan Tutuki Mexico and Splash of Polynesia, complete Woody's garden. The development of this giant monkey has required 160 hours of work and the participation of 4 pastry chefs led by master chocolatier Christian Escribà. This is the gift that's popular Barcelona centenary pastry Escribà congratulates PortAventura, which this year celebrates its 15th anniversary. The next Friday, March 26 opens the fifteenth season of the park that comes loaded with thrills and surprises.
