The Esparver Restaurant in Vilaplana, offers the 1st Show of Cooking with Romesco

The Esparver restaurant, the street was of Vilaplana, has announced details of the 1st show of Cooking with romesco, which promotes this year for the first time. The menu begins with a snack cake with pate and recapte Esparver. The first dish is tasting endive with romesco and ganyims; calçots batter and romescosauce, and rolls with romesco. As a main dish you can choose between romescada Basin (cod) tortilla with sauce, casserole cuttlefish; rabbit with rosemary or Mondongo of Vilaplana with beans and romesco. Finally, for dessert, Catalan cream, egg cake, and hazelnut garrapinyades. The price of this Rosemary menu with wine, mineral water and coffee is 28 euros. This first show of the romesco cuisine at Esparver restaurant comes from Maria Theresa Castellnou. Born in 2009 and with chef cook Anna Pi, with rosemary she wantz to make a tribute to the great Catalan cooking sauce, very identified with Tarragona. In preparing the dishes offered at the show, L´Esparver counted on the collaboration of the prestigious cook from Reus Mariona Quadrada.
