At the national and international competition, can participate all over 18 years. As usual the theme of the poster should be based on the Golden Nights, Summer Festival. The Councillor for Culture and Events, Isabel Aguilera, explained: "We want the citizens of Salou are those who design the poster to promote the Summer Festival to thousands of people visiting the city during those days. We think it is a good way to involve citizens. " Each participant may submit a maximum of one piece, original and unpublished.
