Successful participation in the 'Vandekames' Vandellòs and the Fourth Race in Hospitalet
Vandellòs Hospitalet de l'Infant. Costa Dorada. The organized races this weekend of 6 and 7 August 2011 in the village of l'Hospitalet de l'Infant Vandellòs have been a success. Proof of this is that in the run and hike mountain 'Vandekames' held for the first time in Vandellòs Saturday 6 August, took part a total of 350. The winners of this test circuit included in the Low Mountain Golf Racing were Giné Albert Cid, club UEC Tortosa, in men, and Elena Calvillo Arteaga, MF Leinzgain in the female category. After the race, all athletes, escorts and collaborators were able to swim in the pool and enjoy a barbecue with musical accompaniment. Some 800 people took part in this event. All in all, the organizers of the sports competition (the Athletic Department of the City of Vandellòs Hospitalet de l'Infant and Virginia Bay Team, supported by the Centro Cultural, Sports and Recreational Vandellòs) have made today a very positive event and hope to repeat this success next year. The fourth race of people in Hospitalet de l'Infant, which was held yesterday, Sunday August 7, starting at 19 pm, also drew many people. Specifically, in this competition organized by the Sports Department of the City of Vandellòs Hospitalet de l'Infant, attended by 335 people (131 more than last year). Of these, 199 chose the short route (820 meters and consists of a loop around the small) and 136, the length of 4,800 meters (4 laps on the big circuit). The winners of the long journey were: Benito Ojeda, from Barcelona, in men, and Paula Hritiuc, also in Barcelona, in the female category.
