Valls celebrates the popular Calçotada on January 31
Valls. Costa Dorada. The next Sunday, 31 January 2010, Valls celebrates the great feast of calçotada. From 10:00 am until 8:00pm many are the acts that take place in the capital of Alt Camp. The most significant: at 11:00 in the Plaça de l'Oli will be a demonstration of how to prepare and cook the calçots. At 1:00pm, in the Plaça de la Cort, will take place the XXIV contest on how to eat calçots. Also, at the same time, in the Plaça de l'Oli i Plaça de la Zeta, there will be a popular tasting of calçotada.
