The Association of Hospitality Entrepreneurs (AEH) of Salou, in collaboration with the Salou City Council and under the sponsorship of Raventós Codorniu, retakes the 'Tasta Salou' gastronomic route, which will return to the municipality on Thursday, May 20, 2021, and until June 10, 2021, since sanitary measures already allow the opening of the restaurant, until 11 p.m., as a result of the end of the State of alarm.
A total of 14 establishments will offer, every Thursday, starting at 7:00 p.m., a quality tasting, paired with a glass of white, red, rosé or cava from the Raventós Codorniu winery, and all for 5 euros.

The mayor of Salou, Pere Granados, has shown his satisfaction at the fact of once again hosting this culinary route, since "it allows you to taste, every week, new and quality creations of the local gastronomy".
For his part, the Councilor for Economic Revitalization, Héctor Maiquez, assured that "thanks to the reopening of catering establishments throughout the day, we can resume this initiative", which he has valued as "a very good reactivation and revitalization action for Salou's economy and a positive stimulus for the entire sector ".
