The contest ,From the Sea to the Stoves' of the 7th Conference of the Galera has its semifinalists
Cambrils. Costa Dorada. Eight young chefs have been selected by a panel of experts to participate in the VII Contest of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Cambrils "From Sea to Stoves" in the framework of the Conference and the galley kitchen Fisherman. The classifieds are from schools in Cambrils, Lleida, Barcelona, Calella, Benicarlo and Manresa. On February 25 the eight semifinalists will prepare young people to the facilities of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Cambrils their culinary and expose to a jury composed of experts from the guild, as well as people representing cambrilenca society. The contest will begin at 9 pm and up to 14 hours. At 14 hours will be held the awards ceremony of the winners. A new feature this year has reduced the number of chefs participating in the competition, ten to eight, with the aim of shorter duration. In addition, the basic basket of ingredients can be added six ingredients instead of the four ingredients allowed in other editions.
