The best independent cinema in Tarragona CaixaForum

Tarragona. Costa Dorada. France, Germany, China, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Canada will participate in the new edition of Morning cycle of cinema (as of 12 January 2010), a stake of Tarragona CaixaForum independent film and more international copyright.   Through careful selection of the best rated films of the alternative scene, the Humanities Program Obra Social "la Caixa" An overview of the current styles, stories, directors and writers most prominent and emerging from each place, since consolidated and filmmakers as Claude Chabrol's own imprint (Drunkenness of power) or Denys Arcand (The age of ignorance) to the oldest and renowned German director Doris Dörrie (Cherry Blossoms), the award-winning international return with a Oscar Jiri Menzel (I Served the King of England), or the discovery of other creators least as Chinese travelers Liu Jie and his debut film The Last Voyage of the judge Feng.   Furthermore, with the aim of bringing greater depth each of their reality (or fiction) and analyze the film in context, the teacher and film critic Marcel • lí Borrell, discuss each of the projections and resolve any doubts CaixaForum the public may have.   From January to May 2010 we will have a chance to meet some of the most striking and original stories on the current scene.   Dowload the program.
