tram and the bicycle. At an urban level, it is worth highlighting the
integration of historical elements of the area, marking a monumental and historical complex that will include the
Torre Vella, the Carrilet Station and the Church of Santa María, among other elements.

a large central park, a civic square of almost 2 hectares, in front of the Torre Vella, and new free spaces and public facilities will be generated, such as the underground car park designed for more than 500 spaces.

residential buildings, with commercial use, with the intention of boosting economic activity. There will be 99 protected dwellings in the generic regime and 207 free dwellings. An 8-storey building will also be built that will represent the centrality of the Eix Cívic, with respect to all the buildings.
The work has an approximate
cost of 14 million. It is scheduled to start in 2025 and end around 2027.
