The Jewish Quarter and the Port of San Carlos de la Rapita attract press and operators
Tortosa. Terres de l'Ebre. 26th October 2012. The Provincial Tourism Board of the Terres de l'Ebre region has shown a group of journalists, and the Benelux tour operator Tours BC. Two actions that are part of different promotional ideas from the Board are carried out for various international markets in Terres de l'Ebre. A group of journalists visited the Benelux Tortosa to discover firsthand the main attractions of her Jewish. The Tourist Board of the Province of Tarragona in Terres de l'Ebre coordinated action, together with the Catalan Tourism and the Tourist Office of Tortosa. Journalists are the media Mixed Media Projects, Travel2, Began Van Limburg Puur op Reis, Op Voeten Yemen, and Caravanneni 2Travel2. During his stay, the journalists visited the Advanced, the Prince's Gardens, Paseo de Ronda, the craft workshop "mixed bag", the Renaissance Interpretation Centre, the Royal Colleges, the Cathedral and its permanent exhibition, the Museum of the Jewish Tortosa. He also enjoyed a stroll along the Ebro River, aboard the lute "The Sirgador" to explore the river front of Tortosa. The group, which is housed in a landmark hotel in the city, was also able to learn about the Sephardic cuisine. Moreover, the operator BC Tours, dedicated to operate ground services to the arrival of cruise ships to different ports, devoted two days to meet the Port of San Carlos de la Rapita and various attractions inside the Terres de l'Ebre as Tortosa, the Centre Picasso d'Horta Cooperative Gandesa Interpretation Centre 115 days or Corbera Old Town of Ebro. The familiarization trip was organized and coordinated jointly by the Tourism Council of Tarragona Province, Tourism Sant Carles de la Rapita and Ports de la Generalitat.
